Delivery and Shipping Information
Delivery, whether by local courier or DPD, is included in the cost of your Subscription or Gift Bouquet.
Currently we only offer Friday deliveries, both for our Subscription and our Gift Bouquets, with the exception of English Bank Holiday Fridays which will be made on a Thursday. We are a small independent business and put sustainability at the heart of our work - we therefore only pre-order flowers to meet demand, minimising wastage. These pre-orders need to placed in advance.
We offer nationwide delivery for our gift bouquets, but our subscription service is currently only available locally in South East London.
Subscription Flowers
Our subscription flowers will be delivered on a Friday, either by our team or a third-party delivery service. For monthly subscribers this will be the first Friday of the month and for fortnightly subscribers this will be the first and third Friday of the month. We do not offer time slots. Instead we ask that you leave information of a safe space, preferably out of direct sunlight, wind and rain, for your flowers to be left should you not be in to receive them. This information can be provided during checkout.
If you are going to be away you can email us directly to arrange for your flowers to be diverted to a friend or neighbour, as long as their address is still within the named local delivery area. This needs to be arranged one week in advance of the delivery.
Gift Bouquets
If you have ordered a Gift Bouquet you will receive an email to the email address you provided when ordering. Please be sure that the address given is a deliverable address. Once the flowers have been received from the courier we are unable to make any amendments. It is the customers responsibility to check that the delivery address and details are correct. You will be allocated a one hour time slot from our courier DPD. We have no control over this information and cannot be held responsible for flowers being delivered outside of the allocated time slot and unfortunately we cannot change this time slot. You can track and manage your delivery instructions via the email. If nobody is going to be in to receive the flowers you must advise DPD what to do with the flowers, as flowers are perishable and need to be delivered on their first attempt. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and a safe space to leave the flowers should the recipient be out. The safe space should be a cool, sheltered space away from direct sunlight, wind and rain. We do not accept any liability for incorrect delivery details being submitted, not providing a safe space or loss or damage to flowers that have been left in the designated safe space. If the flowers are not delivered on first attempt, DPD will try once more the following day, after which the flowers will be returned to us to be composted. As flowers are perishable, we do not offer re-delivery with a replacement bouquet if DPD have been unable to deliver your flowers after two attempts. The bouquet will come wrapped in a biodegradable hydration pack that will keep the flowers fresh for a limited time. If some stems have drooped during the delivery process, place in a cool spot in fresh cool water on arrival and they should perk up after 24 hours.
